Tang San will always be in my top 3 favourite MCs (in the Chinese fictions list). DD-the novel or SL-the donghua.. not that much! But I still got to say, it’s been a hell of a ride!

As far as Chinese reading is I read Webtoons like Lookisim, and I Love Yoo, I got to get back into those and into those and Hana Wolf.

Had a look at them, and tbh, doesn't sound like the things I'd like XD

For Lookism is best to watch the 8 ep show for that had a lot of emotion into it. Also that one is long one, The Bosco and Jay arc was really one of the best arcs, The Festival was much better in the dounghou. After the Bosco , the Twitch arc alright but after that it's long dragging teen drama.

It's been a good journey Dase, seeing SL1 for 5+ years and I'll try to continue to watch when I can.

Quick question, how do yall find interest in reading novels, i personally find it boring without picturized dialogues

Some people like reading books. Novels usually go into a lot more detail than anime, and can be better if you have a decent imagination so think up the scenes described

i think the biggest issue is whether you have a good enough ability to imagine scenes and characters from just a written description.
some peoples brains are just not able to make good mental images, so they find picturing characters and following hectic scenes like battles too difficult to enjoy. they therefore prefer having others do the imagening for them and choose mangas/animes/movies over plain text.
a second group of people just disagrees with the artists vision of how things are supposed to look and choose to imagine thing their own way from just the descriptions in text form.
the third group just wants to get further in the series/stories than the more visual media has reached and therefore switches to more text oriented media even if they miss some details in the process.

personally, i belong to the third group.

my interest in the anime/manga culture started with animes dupped in my mother language, then subbed. then i had to switch to english, since they were at least a season further. then i switched to the english manga version, which was much further still. and finally i downloaded the translated novel, which had another few volumes worth of content.
and now i am considering learning japanese to get access to many more stories. though i think that will stay wishful thinking.

Can you tell me what happened to Qian Renxue in the end, there is no closure for her in this ending?

The novel doesnt say anything about her, only that she can never level up, so she can never reach level 100 and become a God. I havent read the other novels so I am not sure what happens but I heard she had descendants

qian renxue got dethroned from being a God and now lives as normal human beinggg

Where will we be able to watch SL2?

Does this episode wrap up the story of DD1? Or is there still more content? I read the manhua, and got pretty dang far. However, I never finished it due to getting distracted with other series.

If this ep wraps it up, I can begin a watch. Just didn't want to start it only to end up behind my progress with the manhua.

I rewatched this episode at least 10 times and cried all 10 times! Xiao Wu is the true definition of “ride or die” and I would give my right testicle to find someone like that in real life😂 You are correct…this episode was epic AF and I hope Soul Land 2 is even better…if that is at all possible.

Huo Zhangi has connection on Creation god of Divine Throne novel 2 9th Dimensional being.

Right now, any feelings of disappointments with the novel and donghua are totally eclipsed by gratitude for the immense effort on the part of the animators and all involved.
